This recently concluded season of the Premier League has been one of the most disastrous one for Chelsea as they had to settle with the 10th spot of the English League which wasn’t enough for them to compete in any European competition for the next season.

The 2015-16 Premier League season has seen Jose Mourinho being sacked and replaced by GuusHiddink. This is just evidence of how disappointing the season of Chelsea has been as they had to make a managerial change in order to rescue the club and there was a point in time when the Premier League club was at risk of being sacked.

Despite this extremely disappointing campaign of Chelsea, John Terry remains happy as he is joyful to see Tottenham Hotspur not being able to lift the Premier League title.

"First and foremost I'd like to wish Claudio Ranieri and Leicester congratulation. I'm delighted that Leicester have won it and Tottenham, haven't. This has been a difficult season; we are where we deserve to be in the league. The fans have stuck with us. Thank you.”Chelsea’s John Terry said as he praised Leicester City and at the same time voiced his happiness in seeing Tottenham Hotspur finishing in the 3rd spot and failing to claim the league title.

Tottenham Hotspur is one of the biggest and main rivals of Chelsea and John Terry is ecstatic for their rivals to fall short from the league title and despite the clear drop of form from his team, the veteran defender is certain that Chelsea will be able to pick themselves up and make a charge for the title in the next season as he said:‘’I can assure you we'll be back fighting for this title next year. On a personal note this has been tough for me, very emotional [breaks down’’
